i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ underwater photo trigger for Nikon mirrorless camera models
The i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ underwater TTL trigger was developed for Nikon mirrorless camera systems. The "+" in the name indicates that this upgraded version can also control the new intelligent AOI strobe.
The new i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ TTL trigger operates in i-TTL Unified mode, allowing users to switch between Manual and TTL modes directly from the camera. It is the perfect choice for demanding underwater photographers who need a reliable TTL converter that works with the most popular underwater strobes.
Additionally, the i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ features a new, more durable metal hot shoe, ensuring enhanced durability and long-term reliability in underwater environments.
This special setup is designed for photographers whose underwater housing lacks a proper LED output. It can be installed in M14, M16, or even Ikelite inch-threaded housings.

The i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ is a state-of-the-art, user-friendly TTL converter that can be upgraded via its USB port. You can also set the strobe characteristic and some additional special features. Upon upgrading, you choose the strobe and the camera model from the software and download the setup to the TURTLE's memory. The TURTLE SMART+ triggers fit into the most popular underwater housings (tested with Nauticam, Subal, Hugyfot, Isotta, Ikelite, and Seacam models).
The internal charging system operates via a USB Type-A connector, and a USB cable is included.
The package includes the i-TURTLE 2 SMART+ TTL trigger for Nikon mirrorless cameras, the LED panel featuring new, brighter 150 cd LEDs, or a special cable for sync cord connection. If you want to connect your strobe via a fiber optic cable, TRT recommends using a multicore cable. (Please write to us about which kind of connection you use. TRT also recommends writing to us about the type of underwater strobe you will control with the TURTLE trigger, so TRT can set up the unit you ordered.

The Mac version will be available soon on the App Store.
