DNC-7A - underwater broadcast quality monitor with HDMI input, works seamlessly with Sony Alfa A7R II, Blackmagic Cinema Camera, Panasonic GH4, Canon cameras, and any 4K cameras. Completely manufacture sealed design eliminates one most common problem – leakage of the equipment after the open-close procedure. This is the monitor with resolution 1280 by 800, IPS type of the panel with 400 nits brightness, wide view angle allowed to see the color-critical picture without color distortion and contrast ratio 800:1. Weights of the monitor in the water are neutrally buoyant.

The monitor has full menu access. It is very rich menu futures. External push buttons help you navigate through the menu. Power ON/OFF switch, battery status indicator with five LEDs and 4 user configurable push buttons for most common functions, allowed user for quick access without scrolling through the menu. The advanced feature includes Peaking filter, Pixel to Pixel, Exposure, Screen marker, Check Field, False Colors, Histogram, Scanning mode, Center marker, Segmentation, Zoom, Freeze and much more.

For evaluation of the focus, the monitor has Pixel To Pixel future. Camera mode – is designed specifically for DSLR cameras, like Canon 5D and 7D. These cameras when on record or live view mode, output HDMI signal have different aspect ratio. Camera mode is compensated differences between record and life mode.

Peaking filter or Focus Assist – will turn an image into mono and give you color outline, when a subject is in focus. Another mode of Peaking filter switch image to the full-color stage and be able to see an image in color outline.

DURABLE & SEALED

Compact, rugged, safe design. The monitor guarantees NEMA 6 (IP 68). Strong and lightweight aluminum shell, over hard anodized coating, two layers of the special paint, resistant to salt water, a perfect tool for professional underwater photography. The monitor is sealed and cannot be taken apart or opened. You will never get water or sand inside, or have to worry about properly sealing the monitor after charging it.

MOUNTING CAPABILITY

The set includes a detachable mount adapter, allowing the underwater monitor to be tilted and rotated, with 1" ball on the end.

Binding T-slots on the top and bottom allow convenient connection with underwater housings and arms. It is useful for lighting or an external microphone

BULKHEAD CONNECTOR

All of Dive & See's bulkhead connectors have water blocks and are open face pressure rated to 150 PSI (100 meters).

POWER AND CHARGING CONFIGURATION

Option 1 (standard)

Built-in rechargeable Li-Ion battery with Battery Status Indicator shows the power level of the battery. The flashing mode tells you when the battery needs charging. The charger is capable of 110V-240V input, allowing it to be plugged into power outlets in a number of countries.

The Check button on the monitor turns on a LED display showing the battery charge level. Continuous run time of HDMI version - 5 hours. Recharging time of the battery - 3.5 hours.

Option 2

No battery inside. Power for the monitor is going through the separate cable from your own power source (DC 7.5 ~ 18V).
