Rental Policy Professional Rental Services We have a large selection of professional underwater camera housings. Most of these housings are designed specifically for diving use and are waterproof to depths of 130 - 400 feet. We have recently added the light weight housing line from Aquatech. These rugged housings were designed specifically for use in surf photography, but are perfect for professional use on wet locations. Most Aquatech housing are rated to depths of 20 feet. If you are new to camera housings, please give us a call. If you give us a quick description of your shoot, we can help you select the best camera housing and optics for the job. We are happy to give you shooting and maintenance advice. How to book your rental 1) Call us with your exact dates and item request. 2) We will confirm pricing, availability, and email you a rental agreement. 3) Read, sign, and mail the agreement back to us to hold your reservation. 4) We will ship the equipment on your scheduled date. Tips on renting equipment Scheduling We recommend a day or two to familiarize yourself with the equipment prior to use. This also gives you an opportunity to call us for assistance before you're on location. Don't ruin your job or trip due to a late delivery by the shipping carrier. Rental periods begin on date of carrier pick-up and end on date of carrier drop off. Rentals requiring shipping All shipped rentals have a 1 week minimum rental period. Please note that you will be responsible for late fees due to late delivery by the shipping carrier, thus please avoid tight shipping schedules if possible. Rental quotes do not include shipping charges. Deposits and insurance For our professional customers, we accept certificates of insurance specifically designated for rental equipment. Our rental agreement will detail the language we need on the certificate. If you don't have insurance, we will put a 30 day hold on your credit card for the replacement value of the equipment. Please note that this credit hold could impact your spending ability while on location. You must waterproof the equipment We inspect and test all equipment prior to delivery, but you will need to perform standard o-ring maintenance prior to use.
