D100 vs. D70 Spring 2004 has introduced the new Nikon D70, but we feel the well tested D100 to remain the digital SLR of choice. The D70 has a slightly larger image buffer allowing more consecutive shots and a faster flash sync speed, but it's plastic body, smaller viewfinder, and inability to integrate with electronic housings leave us leaning to the D100.
