Light and Motion's new line of solid state LED lights are an industry breakthrough. These 1000 lumen lights deliver light, more reliably and efficiently than the HID lights they replace. The 1000 lumen light consumes less than 12 watts of power, while delivering almost the same light output as the 22 watt HID. This is why we talk about lumens instead of watts with these new lights.

Powerful

The sleek new design packs tremendous output in a compact light head. You'll also enjoy instant on/off control. No warm-up as exists with HID's.

Reliable

Solid state construction means extremely rugged, nothing to break--no need to open the light head. Completely reliable with 9 separate LED's in each light head (18 total per system). The LEDs are rated by the manufacturer at 50,000 hours service life. You should never need to replace a bulb again.

Advanced Reflector Design

Proprietary Micro Peened Reflector Technology is unique to Light & Motion lights and was developed specifically around the characteristics of LEDs. The 9 LED micro peened reflector produces a wonderfully even beam pattern with no hot spots and no light reduction for superior video results.

Color Temperature Management

Light & Motion's exclusive Color Temperature Management System (CTMS), is another industry first. The bezel allows easy drop in of standard-sized color filters to optimize lighting for different color temperatures. Sans filter, the color temperature of the Sunray 1000 LED light is 5500K.

Convenient

The Li-ion batteries power the light head at full power for 65 minutes. The instant on/off control helps manage the dreaded swarmies for your night shots. The Multichem Fast Charger refuels the memory-free Li-ion batteries in 1.5-hours.

Compatible

Highly compatible with many other brands of housings. Light and Motion supplies trays that adapt the battery pods to the major brands of housings.
