The SUBAL ND800 is an aluminum housing for the Nikon D800 SLR camera. The ergonomic placement of all important controls provides convenient and comfortable handling of the camera functions. The camera is mounted on a saddle for precise positioning inside the housing. A 4 mm main-O-ring and the SUBAL QuickLock system make it virtually impossible to close the housing if the O-ring is not lying correctly in its groove. Maximum security is assured.

During the conception and design of the housing, considerable attention was directed towards the application of advantages and unique features of the state-of-the-art 5D Mark III camera technology, making them available to the underwater photographer for the first time.

This Subal ND500 housing is a milestone in the Subal history. It is very ergonomic and is the lightest housing Subal has ever made. The ND500 has all important functions next to the handle and is easy to operate. It has the new Subal locking system, which is very easy to open and close and still offers you a secure system. No adjustment on the camera is necessary to install the camera. Just screw the fast-changing plate on the camera and slide this into the housing. All other switches are adjusting themselves in use.
